Simple Groupware 0.500 released - January 6, 2009

A new module was implemented for viewing folders and attachments in the web browser when being offline. Also a new module was implemented for showing and building Graphviz diagrams. The CMS module was extended with a XML sitemap. A patch was added to stabilize the spreadsheet export. Furthermore, the database api was improved and the Smarty library was updated.
