Simple Groupware 0.413 released - June 25, 2008

A new technique for customizing Simple Groupware was implemented. Individual changes to the code can now be made persistent over new releases and updates. Also RSS feeds were added to the CMS module and notifications now have a summary field to describe the changes. The import folders were made configurable.
