Simple Groupware 0.403 beta released - March 24, 2008

The requirement for the "display_error" setting was re-added to the setup procedure in order to avoid blank screens caused by memory limit exceptions. A fix was applied to importing items from Funambol SyncML Server.

The tests for the release are not yet finished, so this release is marked as beta.
