Simple Groupware 0.215 released - June 14, 2006

Added option to create users automatically with LDAP, htaccess or IMAP authentication. Added anonymous mode for SMTP and made the mail footer configurable. Also added authentication for LDAP binding (instead of anonymous binding with openLDAP). Fixed an SQL error in forum module.
